In Rooms Volume 1 (2014-2015) begins my journey taking photographs with the Hasselblad. When I started this series in August 2014 I was unaware that it would be published in a book series. Towards the end of 2015 I decided to compile the works in chronological order and publish them as the volume of a diary. This volume captures my exploration of technique and innocence to the discovery of jungian's shadow work and tensions of the opposites. Within these pages, I find my voice and build the world that inspires the intention of In Rooms Volume 2 and my work to follow.
